30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to have enough time to decide whether The Cookshack Book is useful to you. Purchases made through the official Earl Hargrove Gumroad listing are eligible for a refund request within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
How to request a refund
- Use the support or contact option provided in your Gumroad purchase receipt, or email support@earlhargrove.shop.
- Include the email address used for the purchase and enough transaction information to locate the order.
- Request the refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refund amount and method
Approved refunds are for the amount actually paid for the product, subject to the payment processor’s handling of currency conversion, taxes, or fees where applicable. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Gumroad/payment processing.
Processing time
We will submit or approve eligible requests as promptly as reasonably possible. The time for funds to appear after a refund is issued depends on Gumroad, the payment network, your bank, and the payment method.
Abuse and duplicate requests
The guarantee is intended to let genuine customers evaluate the book. We may deny requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, or other clear misuse, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Consumer rights
This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where local law gives you greater rights, those rights are not reduced by this policy.
